This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued by R.K. Enterprise for container houses, modular units, and related services.
Any advance payment made towards booking, design, or manufacturing is strictly non-refundable once the project has been confirmed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the project stage and material procurement status.
Once manufacturing or fabrication has started, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances.
Customized container houses and special design orders are made as per client specifications and are not eligible for refunds.
Delays caused due to weather conditions, government approvals, logistics issues, or force majeure events shall not qualify for refunds.
In the rare event of damage or manufacturing defects, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. R.K. Enterprise will evaluate and provide repair or replacement as deemed appropriate.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment method.
